I just cut one of my cats nails very close to the blood vessels by error?
It is really short now and he had a little smidgen of blood .. I have held the nail tight till the blood stopped, it only took a few seconds to stop. This has never happened before but he moved and I guess it moved the nail trimmer slightly. Will his nail grow back again slowly or will this result in a deformed nail that does not grow?? it didnt seem to hurt him.. it has just slightly injured him.
