Im a 16 year old boy, about 5"7, 105 pounds, run long distance track. Im not trying to lose weight but I just love oatmeal so I eat:

1/2 cup oatmeal (150 calories) with blueberries (30 calories?)
2 egg whites (I dont know)
Carnation breakfast nutrition drink (150 calories)
small clementine (40 calories?)
NOT trying to lose weight

Is this enough calories for breakfast?
