How do I get tone and buff?
Im 15. I don't eat much and I am not that fat. I been working out at home cause I can't go to the gym (no ride,no money) is there any workout that will help me get buff? This is the workouts that I do
Pushups
Sit-ups
Plank
Run
Pull ups
Chin ups
Is there any other workouts that I can try? I get bored of doing the same workout sometimes. Oh yeah I got no weights or any equipments
