if leaves from a tree in my yard blow into my neighbors yard, do i have to rake them up?
In my yard we have this tree that came with the house, so no one in my family wanted/planted this tree. Every fall/winter the leaves start to fall and usually majority of the leaves fall into my yard and I rake them up; a few leaves end up in the neighbors yard and they've never complained.
This past week it's been really windy where we live and so majority of the leaves went into the neighbors yard. My family and I come home today from shopping and the neighbors raked all the leaves back into our yard, including some weeds from their garden.
I understand that the leaves are from our tree, but no one has any control over the wind and where it blows. It also made me mad that they have the time to rake them back into our yard, and not just rake them up and throw em out themselves. And why the weeds?!?! jerks.
So, what do you people think?
