I got a call from Bill Me Later at 5:20am. Is that legal?
I am late on a payment and according to their website they are located in Nebraska which has a different time zone, so maybe for them it was after 8am, but where I am it was 5:20am at the time of the call. Is this legal and what can I do to stop them from doing that in the future (besides making the payment).
