Do you think zippo would make my lighter into a quality lighter?
I found a lighter yesterday and would like to know if zippo would do this. I know zippo can't just do a free repair as it's not a zippo lighter. The striker will not turn because of rust and I'm afraid to use lubricants incase I get it working. The cotton needs replaced but what do you expect? I found it on the ground and it sat there for atleast 20 years. So if I sent it to zippo with a note saying I want a redo on it then I know nothing would happen but if I sent them the lighter and said I would pay to have zippo quality on the lighter would they do it? Note I do only want a striker and a zippo spring that would fit.
