hello my 99 buick regal just started giving me a problem it acts like it wants to start and when it does it shuts right back off sometimes it starts stays on for a few minutes but when u try to put in drive it shuts off what could the problem be i just put a new radio in they said might have something to do whit security system and discarded the fuel pump due to the fact its pumping gas
