I have a water heater thats about 5 years old, Just moved in so couldn't say how well it was maintained...?
When we take a shower it takes the water about 2 mins to get hot, and stays good and hot for less than 7-8 mins. After that it starts to go luke warm and then cold. To keep a warm shower we have to keep turning up the heat until we have the knob turned all the way up. It's a 50 gallon gas water heater. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be would be appreciated. Thanks.
