What are those tripods that people are placing on road medians and sidewalks?
Everyday, on the way home to/from work, I see about 3 or 4 yellow tripods in the middle between two roads (on the median), or on the grass next to a road. Many times, there are people wearing bright orange vests over the clothes monitoring them
