If it is true that "You are what you eat," what should you be eating?
there is truth to that but like a few months ago a doctor did an expiriment
for a couple months he ate healthy and exercised and a couple months after that he ate the same amount of calories but in junk food and exercised the same amount
he found that he maintained his weight by eating healthy and non helathy as long as we burned off the calories
nutrient wise, i dont think junk food is the best
