I am allergic to eggs and most nuts, is there some other non-meat protein source?
Since you're not saying you're a vegan in addition to being a vegetarian, you can have milk, yogurt, cheese and other milk products which are also proteins.
Plants also contain proteins or the elements for making complete proteins(amino acids) . Something like soy beans (tofu, etc) contain all the essential amino acids in one food, but other foods contain various of the amino acids necessary to make complete proteins and as long as you get a variety of those over a day or several days, you'll be getting your protein.
A common combination that uses only 2 kinds of foods that make complete protein are legumes (beans, etc) plus whole grains.
